Renting Process
Note: Book at least 6 months before your event to secure the best options
Step-1: Explore & Pick
Explore our exclusive designer collection and choose your favorite outfit.
Step-2: Contact via WhatsApp
WhatsApp us with your name, city, and event date to check the availability of the outfit and the rental amount.
Step-3: Trial & Fitting
Please book an appointment to visit our studio for a trial.
Our in-house tailor will manage minor alterations.
Step-4: Confirm Booking
Once Available and trial, share:
CNIC Copy (Front & Back)
Valid Contact Number
100% Advance payment (non-refundable)
PKR 30,000 refundable security deposit
Step-5: Rental Duration
Rental Duration is 4 to 6 Days:
You will receive your dress 2 days before the event.
You will be responsible for returning the dress the day after the event.
Step-6: Pick up / Delivery
You can pick your dress, or we can deliver it to you. The customer will bear the delivery cost.
Return & Cancellation Policy
Late Returns
if returned late (even 1 day), the entire security deposit (PKR 30000) will be forfeited
Cancellations
Rental fee is non-refundable once booked. Security deposit is refundable only if the dress is returned in its original condition.
