We’ve made renting luxury designer dresses easy, transparent, and secure so you can shine stress-free! Here’s how it works:

🛍 Step-by-Step Rental Process

1️⃣ Browse & Pick – Explore our collection on Instagram and choose your favorite outfit.
2️⃣ Contact Us – WhatsApp us with your name, city, and event date to check availability.
3️⃣ Confirm Booking – Once available, share:
• CNIC copy (front & back)
• Valid contact number
• 100% advance payment (non-refundable)
• PKR 30,000 refundable security deposit
4️⃣ Rental Duration – 4 to 6 days total:
• 2 days before the event
• Event day
• Return the day after
5️⃣ Trial & Fitting – Visit our studio (by appointment) for a trial. Our in-house tailor will manage minor alterations.
6️⃣ Pickup / Delivery – Your dress will be ready as per your event schedule.

📅 Booking & Return Policy

✅ Advance Booking – Book at least 6 months before your event to secure the best options.
❌ Cancellations – Rental fee is non-refundable once booked. Security deposit is refundable only if the dress is returned in its original condition.
⏳ Late Returns – If returned late (even 1 day), the entire security deposit (PKR 30,000) will be forfeited.
